Outings Keep Our Residents Active and Happy!
We have a luxurious Chevy Van with a newly-installed electric wheelchair-lift which allows Gina Marzan, General Manager, to take residents out two to three times a month. They enjoy trips to Irvine Lake, Dana Point harbor and the Dana Point Senior Center. Scenic drives through Irvine and Mission Viejo are always popular, too. Some like to accompany Gina on trips to Costco, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart and the Garden Center at Home Depot.
Living in southern California permits more than usual outdoor time due to the warm climate most of the year. Residents love to take walks around their neighborhood or to the local park (accompanied by a caregiver, of course)! We also serve lunch and snack outside on the patio as often as the weather permits. Everyone enjoys the fresh air!
